North Korea and leader Kim Jong Un have continued its missile tests, despite protests and new sanctions from the U.N. Security Council.

According to the report, North Korea has conducted five nuclear tests since 2016, with the last coming in 2016. But until now, the country had yet to produce a warhead that could fit inside its missiles.
