Joe's Stone Crab reopened Tuesday, celebrating its 100th anniversary.
"This is our centennial year and it's very exciting," said chief operating officer Steve Sawitz. "It's a special year because we get to look forward -- not just look back."
"Joe's is a phenomenal place," said executive chef Andre Bienvenu. "My employees come back year after year, so it makes my job incredibly easy."
Bienvenu said the owners instill consistency into their employees.
"That's what makes the restaurant so great," he said.
