Deputies say Juan Vazquez had cocaine hidden throughout his Stock Island home.

STOCK ISLAND, Fla. – A Florida Keys man was arrested on drug charges after authorities found cocaine hidden throughout his Stock Island home, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Juan Vazquez, 68, was arrested Sunday on felony charges of trafficking in cocaine.

Deputies and federal agents served a search warrant at his apartment Sunday morning after learning he was selling large amounts of cocaine, Monroe County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Becky Herrin said.

Authorities found a large number of individual bags of cocaine hidden in a coffee table in the living room, cocaine hidden under the kitchen sink and cocaine on top of a bed, Herrin said.

They also found $2,914 in cash hidden in the wall of the hot water heater closet, Herrin said.
