Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said brothers Alexis and Alan Murgas were sitting at an outside table using a laptop computer when Kristian Demblans, 33, pulled up in his pickup truck with his girlfriend.

Witnesses said Demblans tussled with Alexis Murgas over the computer when Demblans pulled out a handgun and pointed it at him.

Demblans drove off, but he was stopped by deputies after the victim called 911. Deputies said they found a loaded handgun on the driver's side floorboard, as well as a rifle in the truck.

Deputies said Demblans told them he sold the computer to Alan Murgas, who still owed money for it.

Demblans faces charges of battery and aggravated assault with a firearm.
