James said, "We commend him, but, the job is not done.  We need the owners to step up and do their part."

James said, "We're fighting to get an owner out of our league who shouldn't be a part of our league.  No matter how long it takes, no matter how much money it costs, we need to get him out of there.  Whoever is associated with him doesn't belong in our league."

James wants the owners to vote him out quickly, saying it "can't be something we just drag on."

Dwyane Wade echoed his support of the new commissioner, "I thought he dealt with it as good as you can.  He was very strong, very direct. "

Wade added, "The tagline 'we are one' really stands at this moment."

Wade said he felt the commissioner represented the interest of the players and not just the owners.

As for the Heat's next series, both James and Wade said the team is glad to have time to rest up bumps and bruises.

James saying that he appreciates the extra time to allow a bruised thigh to heal.

Miami's next playoff opponent will either be Toronto or Brooklyn.

That series would not start before Sunday.
