PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – It's not often that you can say Local 10 President Bert Medina is wet behind the ears, but Friday was different.
Having been nominated by Roberto Capó of El Dorado Furniture earlier in the week, Medina generously accepted and completed the 'Ice Bucket Challenge' to benefit ALS.
Medina, who also participated with a donation to the ALS Association, went on to nominate his sales managers at Local 10 who now have 24 hours to accept.
In the weeks since the 'Ice Bucket Challenge' phenomenon swept the country, almost $89 million has been raised for the ALS Association.
