Police ask for public's help in solving crime

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A Massachusetts man remains in critical condition after he was pushed out of a moving car in Fort Lauderdale.

The incident happened March 6 on Atlantic Avenue near Viramar Street.

Daniel Flynn, 29, of Saugus, Mass., was taken to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.

"Right now it looks like it's multiple skull fractures in a few spots and a fractured eye socket," brother-in-law Kevin Turner told Local 10.

Turner said Flynn was found without his cellphone and keys.

"He was just in town for a few days visiting a friend," Turner said.

Fort Lauderdale police said Peter Bentre witnessed the incident, but he was too startled to provide an accurate description of the car.

Police are asking for the public's help finding the car and driver. Anyone who may have seen Flynn prior to the incident is asked to call police at 954-828-4018.
