Police looking to speak to man after FSU student's disappearance

Man spotted on surveillance in area where Ryan Uhre was last seen

Tallahassee Police believe this man may have seen Ryan Uhre before he disappeared. He was seen on surveillance cameras in the same area on the night of the Super Bowl.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Tallahassee Police are looking for a man who they believe may be able to provide them with clues about the night a former Florida State University student disappeared.

Ryan Uhre, 23, was last seen on Feb. 2 after leaving a bar during halftime of the Super Bowl, walking through Kleman's Plaza in downtown Tallahassee.

Police have now released a surveillance photo of another man, who was seen in the area at the time. He is not considered a suspect, but authorities think he may be one of the last people to see Uhre in the area.

On Sunday, family and friends held a vigil, marking two weeks since Uhre's disappearance. The search for him has expanded statewide in those two weeks, when a false lead made authorities believe his cellphone had been turned on in Broward County.

It was later determined that there was no indication that Uhre may have returned to his hometown. On Saturday, officials said Uhre has not accessed his cellphone and financial records. He also has not used his car or posted anything to social media.

If you have any information about Uhre or the man police are looking for, call Big Bend Crime Stoppers at 850-574-TIPS.
