Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the Festival benefits FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center. Since its inception, the Festival has raised approximately $17 million to date for FIU.
In 2012, more than 60,000 guests attended nearly 50 events featuring more than 150 celebrated chefs and over 250 wineries, spirits producers, and non-alcoholic beverage suppliers.
