NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – A man accused in a triple shooting that left two people dead and another person hurt last month pleaded not guilty to murder charges in court on Friday.
Aren Lenton, 23, was arrested after the April 12 shooting in the area of Northwest 127th Street and Northwest Eighth Avenue in North Miami.

Police said two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene early that morning, and the third victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
Lenton is charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
The motive for the shooting remains unclear.
