Man accused of robbing Valero gas station sought

Miami police say man wanted in reference to several armed robberies

MIAMI – Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in reference to several armed robberies throughout Miami.

The Miami Police Department said the armed man recently robbed the Valero gas station at 7791 Biscayne Boulevard.

The robbery suspect was described by police as a man in his 40s who is 6 feet tall, weighs about 200 to 250 pounds and has a tattoo on his right shoulder.

Those with information regarding this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 305-471-TIPS (8477). Police said if the tip leads to the robber's arrest, the tipster may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000. Those with information can also call the City of Miami Police Department Robbery Unit directly at 305-603-6370.
