Man airlifted to hospital after falling from forklift at Hialeah warehouse

Victim suffers facial, head injuries

HIALEAH, Fla. ā€“ A 45-year-old man was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center Monday afternoon after he fell from a forklift at a warehouse in Hialeah, authorities said.

Hialeah Fire Rescue Capt. Cesar Espinosa said the man suffered facial and head injuries after he fell at the warehouse at 7475 W. Second Court.

Espinosa said the man was airlifted out of a field at nearby Twin Lakes Elementary School to JMH.

The man was conscious while being transported.

Further details were not immediately released.
