HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A SWAT standoff has ended with an arrest after a man barricaded himself inside a Hollywood apartment on Tuesday.
The incident started as a domestic disturbance, and when police arrived a man locked himself in his apartment at 3500 Jackson St. with three children.
Shortly after 3 a.m., the SWAT team entered an apartment . The home's windows were knocked out, and glass lined the alley alongside the building.
The SWAT team safely removed the children from the home and took the suspect into custody.
