According to an arrest report, the woman was picking up her son at a gas station on Commercial Boulevard and Powerline Road when Robinson, a woman identified as Shomeka Harris and their young son got into the backseat.

Deputies said Robinson told the woman to drive, pointed a gun at her and said, "Don't call the police. I'll blow your head off," and "I'll kill you if you don't give me money."

Deputies said Robinson then wrapped the passenger-side seat belt around the woman's son's neck and started to choke and punch him.

According to the report, Robinson also slapped the woman in her face, grabbed her by her shirt and ripped her glasses off her face.

Deputies said Robinson took the victim's checkbook from her purse.

The woman was eventually able to get out of her car and call for help.

Robinson was taken into custody the next day.
