When Davie Police arrested a 36-year-old man accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl, they found a loaded gun, a shovel and duct tape in his car.
Police say Antonio Omar Seisdedos met the victim at a Publix center, where they exchanged phone numbers.
According to investigators, Seisdedos and the victim started having explicit conversations via text message on Feb. 24, and eventually agreed to meet to engage in sexual activity.
The arrest form says the victim performed oral sex on Seisdedos and that he asked her if they could have sexual intercourse in various occasions.
The victim's mother called police after she took her daughter's phone and noticed the conversations between her and Seisdedos.
Police worked undercover, pretending to be the victim, and agreed to meet with Seisdedos.
A search of Seisdedos' gray Nissan SUV revealed condoms, a loaded semi automatic gun, a shovel and duct tape. The car was later towed.
Seisdedos is charged with computer pornography, child exploitation, engaging in sexual activity with a minor and traveling to meet with a minor to engage in sexual activity.
