HIALEAH, Fla. – Police on Tuesday arrested a man accused of committing an armed robbery at a CVS in Hialeah.
Police charged Nicolas Paston Mir with one count of armed robbery.

Paston Mir walked into the pharmacy on Monday holding something wrapped in a towel and told the cashier it was a gun, police said.
The cashier gave Paston Mir an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police. He left the pharmacy in a black Ford F-150, which an officer found the next day.
Paston Mir was then arrested.
