MARGATE, Fla. – Police have arrested a man they say exposed his genitals in front of a 15-year-old girl and her mother.
The incident happened the night of June 19 at a Margate laundromat, and the girl's mother identified the suspect in a lineup Wednesday.

Margate police say Felipe Nistal admitted to the lewd act.
He has been charged with one count each of lewd and lascivious act and exposure of sexual organs. He is being held at the main Broward County jail with no bond.
