FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 45-year-old man Miami Springs resident has been identified as the victim in a Fort Lauderdale homicide, authorities said.
Joseph Fetchen was found dead at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday in an alley in the 700 block of West Broward Boulevard.
