A relative said on Instagram the 24-year-old father was found dead in a car Thursday night in Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale Police Detective Tracy Figone said officers responded to a report that a body was inside a parked car at 228 SW 22nd Ave.

Francis was released from prison May 29, 2014, after serving time for a Jan. 5, 2011 burglary, and he was supposed to be on probation until May 28, 2016, Florida Department of Corrections records show.

His tattoos helped to identify him. He had a money sign tattooed under his right eye and another on his left arm. Other tattoos included the word "Hustler" on his left arm, a money bag and the word "Rich" on his right arm.

He had tattoos of the date "12-31-08" on his chest and his birthday "11-2-90" on his neck.  And he also tattooed the name of his sister Kadisha Davis, and the names "Robin," "Latoya," "Penny," and "Izaylia" on his body.
