NEW YORK CITY - Talk about big hair!

The man, who sports the tallest mohawk in the world, showed up in New York City on Wednesday.

Japanese fashion designer Kazuhiro Watanabe says he has been growing his 3 foot, 8 inch mohawk for 15 years.

The Guinness World Records says that's a record.

They plan to make Watanabe and his unique hair their 2013 cover boy.
