Mold, roaches among violations at South Florida restaurants

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – State inspectors found mold on the sausage at Casa Panza Café,  a dead rodent in the kitchen at Chez Madame John and a roach in the ice machine at La Granja in Pembroke Pines last week.

Below is a list of the restaurants that were ordered shut and some of their violations. All of the places listed below were allowed to re-open following ordered clean up and re-inspections.
