Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokeswoman Erika Benitez said the mobile home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
She said downed power lines just west of the trailer made the operation especially dangerous for crews.
No injuries were reported.
"MDFR would like to remind everyone (of) the importance of having working smoke detectors at your home. These can save your life," Benitez said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
