MIAMI – Monroe County's unemployment fell to 3.6 percent in April, government data shows.
The jobless rate was at 3.8 percent in March and stood at 3.8 percent in April 2014, according to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
There was a 2.4 percent reduction in wages from 2013 to 2012.
