HIALEAH, Fla. – Police charged three people in connection with a fatal shooting at cafeteria in Hialeah.
Hialeah Police, with the assistance of U.S. Marshals, arrested Dayan Hernandez in Palm Bay on Thursday.

Hernandez is accused of fatally shooting Jaime Marinez Valdes on Feb. 1. He is charged with second-degree murder.
Police also arrested Hernandez's brother Yoisel Hernandez and Yadil Gonzalez.
Police say Yoisel Hernandez and Yadil Gonzalez concealed the gun used in the shooting. Both are charged with tampering with evidence.
Dayan Hernandez is in Broward County awaiting extradition to Miami.
