FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A man pleaded not guilty to charges he faces in a 2007 murder case.

Gustavo Adolfo Enamorado Dubon, 22, of Honduras, was indicted on premeditated murder and armed kidnapping charges last week.

Dubon is accused of killing Francisco Cuevas, who was reported missing in Nov. 2007.

Cuevas' remains were found inside a box in Palm Beach Gardens in April 2008.

Dubon is currently being held at Broward County Jail.
