NASA  wants your "selfies" from the beach, the Everglades, your garden or any place where you may be enjoying nature in sunny South Florida.

NASA satellites capture images of our planet every second, but scientists want to experiment with social media. They want you to contribute to a collage of pictures from all over the world. And they need "selfies" from South Florida.

"We're asking you to step outside and take a picture of yourself wherever you are on Earth," said the NASA's invitation to the Earth Day.

NASA's social media team plans to share the collaborative collage on the web in May.
