New home appliance serves up Jell-O shots

It isn't a party until the Jell-O shots start flowing.

Or at least the makers of Jevo might say so. The new home appliance makes Jell-O shots on the spot.

Its maker said making gelatin is "archaic and time-consuming," and had the coffee-making Keurig machine in mind in regards for ease of use, he told The Huffington Post. He also said the shots don't have to contain alcohol, and could see the machine being used in health care.

According to the HuffPo article, the machine can make 20 chilled, 2-ounce shots of Jell-O in about 10 minutes. The machine will be unveiled at a Las Vegas club at the end of March and could show up in bars by 2016.
