NORTH BAY VILLAGE, Fla. – Does the owner of Sakura Japanese not get it?
Records show inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ordered Sakura Japanese shut again last week.
This would be the third time the restaurant has been ordered shut in two months.
Thirty-nine violations were discovered by the inspector March 18, and 23 of the violations from last week were repeat violations.
"Once an emergency closure or suspension of license has been cleared to vacate by the Director of the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, an establishment has come into compliance with any violations deemed an immediate threat to public health and safety and is permitted to open and operate," said DBPR deputy director of communications Chelsea Eagle.

The Division of Hotels and Restaurants can fine, suspend or close establishments that do not adhere to health standards.
