MIAMI - On this date, a wide range of temperatures occurred throughout Arkansas on this date in 2000 as a powerful arctic cold front swept through the state. The temperature dropped 23 degrees in Little Rock from noon to 1 p.m, and while it was 15 degrees in Fayetteville, Pine Bluff was basking in 67 degree weather
