MIAMI - On this date, a few record high temperatures were reported on this date in history. First in 1987, Saint Cloud, Minn., recorded a high temperature of 71 degrees, exceeding the previous record high by 21 degrees. Also, in 1991, Corpus Christi and San Antonio, Texas, reported record high temperatures of 99 and 100 degrees, respectively.
