Investigators search for 2 suspects who stole trucks from Gelato Fino Desserts

LAUDERHILL, Fla. – Investigators say they are looking for a pair of criminals who stole two refrigerated trucks from an ice cream business in Lauderhill.

Surveillance video shows the two suspects stealing from Gelato Fino Desserts last Friday.

The video is now being analyzed by investigators to determine who the two suspects are.

Investigators say the thieves climbed into one truck and took off. Hours later, they came back for the second truck, said investigators.

The shop's owner, Gregory Parker, said this is a big blow to his business.

"We have difficulty getting our customers satisfied, and I hope they're understanding in this time of difficulty for our company," said Parker.

The two trucks that were stolen are a 2006 Isuzu NQR (pictured, above) and a 2003 GMC W4500 (pictured, below).

The business owner said each truck is worth about $80,000.
