PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – A subscription service that offers members discounts on craft spirits is offering a free bottle of whiskey to parents of babies born nine months from Valentine's Day.
Caskers.com is offering the deal to its members if their son or daughter is born Nov. 14, 2013.
