Authorities say socialite Paris Hilton's brother was assaulted at a Miami Beach party.

Miami Beach police responded to the Star Island mansion early Friday morning where the 24-year-old Barron Hilton told them that he was arguing with a another guest when a fight ensued.

A police report says Barron told authorities a man struck him in the face after the two had an argument at the mansion party. Hilton suffered deep cuts on his forehead and nose. He posted of photo of the injuries online.

Pictures obtained by TMZ suggest there may have been drug use at the party.

According to TMZ, Hilton and his family claim actress Lindsay Lohan ordered the attack, which happened at a mansion where she had been staying.

Lohan claims she was not there at the time, but video obtained by TMZ appears to show Hilton and his friends confronting her after the attack.

Lohan and her father, Michael Lohan, claim several witnesses will support her alibi that she had left right before the fight took place.

A representative for the man accused of punching Hilton, Ray Lemoine, says Lohan had nothing to do with the fight. He had rented the home where Lohan was staying and had asked Hilton to leave after a late-night party.

The police report says witnesses saw the man telling Hilton to leave before hitting him in the face with an unknown object. According to the report, the suspect then fled in a dark green SUV.

The report says Hilton refused treatment from fire rescue workers.

Hilton's older sister, Paris, who was not at the party at the time of the fight, commented on the photo he posted on Instagram with the message: "They will both pay for what they did. No one f***s with my family and gets away with it!!!"

Paris and Lohan are known adversaries on the Hollywood scene. Paris' Instagram shows her with other celebrities in Miami over the weekend.

The Hiltons, Lohan, and many other celebrities were visiting Miami Beach for events taking place for Art Basel weekend.
