HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -

Surveillance video was released Wednesday in a hit-and-run accident where a pedestrian was struck Monday night.

Police continue to ask for the public's help in finding the two vehicles that reportedly struck the victim just after 8 p.m. at U.S. 441 and Hollywood Boulevard.

Officers arrived at the scene to find an injured 47-year-old woman.

Police said the victim was struck by a white older model Ford Expedition or SUV, which may now have front and right front damage. The vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Hollywood Boulevard from U.S. 441.

Hollywood police described the driver of the vehicle as a black man who is bald, was wearing glasses, a red hat, red shirt and red shorts.

Surveillance video from a local gas station captured what police believe to be the driver.

The victim was run over a second time by a newer model light-colored or silver small car (similar to model pictured), which may now have front and left front wheel well damage, police said. The car was last seen heading north on U.S. 441 from Hollywood Boulevard.hitandrunvehicle
