Marc is accused of shooting James Gelin, 21, four or five times while the victim was playing basketball on Dec. 1, said police.

When officers arrived, police reported that the court was empty except for Gelin's body on the basketball court.

Police identified Marc as the shooting suspect after interviewing witnesses and Gelin's family members.

Police said Marc admitted to shooting Gelin. Police believe the two had an argument on the basketball court before the shooting.
