MIAMI -

Miami-Dade police identified a knife-wielding suspect wanted in three armed robberies within a three-day period.

While police have identified 21-year-old Ulysses Gilbert as their suspect, they're unsure where he is.

According to investigators, Gilbert robbed a grocery store at 11607 SW 216th Street on Nov. 15 and 17.

In the first robbery, Gilbert jumped over the counter, stole $2,000 in cash, and cut an employee. In the second robbery, he fought with an employee -- cutting him several times -- before leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Both employees survived.

Police believe Gilbert was involved in a third armed robbery but haven't released details of it.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
