MIAMI – A man was shot and transported to the hospital Saturday, according to Miami police.
Police said the man was shot near Northwest 56th Street and Fifth Court.

The man was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
Police continue to investigate.
