Police seek missing, endangered man

Charles Hall, 40, suffers from brain trauma

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Police are searching for a 40-year-old black man who they said is endangered.

Charles Hall was last seen at his home at 8533 Southwest Fifth St. in Pembroke Pines on Tuesday at approximately 3 p.m.

Police said Hall suffers from brain damage, which prevents him from communicating with others.

Hall is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown hair and was last seen wearing sweatpants.

Hall has a large scar across his chest and walks with a noticeable limp.

Detectives said Hall was seen in the Miami-Dade area Wednesday and has been known to be able to use public transportation to get around.
