FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

Fort Lauderdale police seized a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that injured a toddler, but still haven't identified who was driving it at the time.

Investigators said Monday they had found the red Volkswagen Beetle that hit the toddler in the 5200 block of Northeast 18th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale on May 14.

Police are now looking for the driver of a black, four-door truck (pictured above) that followed the hit-and-run driver after the crash. Surveillance video showed a woman driving the truck talk to the hit-and-run driver, then leave the area.

Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call police at 954-828-5753.
