FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Police are searching for at least two men who broke into a pair of homes Saturday in Fort Lauderdale.
The first burglary occurred around 1 p.m. at a home at 3320 NE 59th St. The second burglary occurred around 2:30 p.m. at a residence at 2800 NE 37th Court.

In the first incident, home surveillance cameras from a neighbor captured a 2014 white Cadillac sedan acting suspicious in the neighborhood. Someone in the home called police, and the vehicle fled from the area when officers arrived.
In the second incident, the home's security cameras captured one of the burglars approaching the front door of the residence. Police say he knocked and rang the doorbell to determine if anyone was home.
A second suspect is immediately seen approaching the side of the residence, and shortly thereafter, one of the suspects was captured exiting the residence via the front door.
Detectives believe the men are responsible for both burglaries. They also believe they are responsible for two other break-ins in Palm Beach Gardens, after police recovered the same Cadillac believed to have been used in the previous incidents. The thieves broke into the latest homes on Tuesday and took off in a vehicle belonging to one of the Palm Beach Gardens' victims.
