Ann Romney on VP pick: 'We're not quite there yet'
Rumors fly over VP pick
As rumors fly over presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney's running mate, his wife Ann Romney says he hasn't decided yet.
Romney noted the heavy speculation but said "we're not quite there yet" in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America" set to air Thursday, according to ABC News.
"We are certainly talking a lot. This last week, this last weekend, there was a lot of discussion," she said. "There was a lot of talk. We're not quite there yet. And we're going to be there soon."
Ann Romney provided that the pick will share her husband's values but does not know when the GOP contender will announce who will share the ticket.
"I'll wait and see, too, what Mitt is going to decide," she said. "I have no knowledge of what, when, or who is going to be coming down the road. So, I'll stay tuned with you."
Some campaign watchers have predicted that Romney would announce his vice presidential pick as early as this week but conventional wisdom seem to be that he will announce the pick sometime after his overseas trip to the London Olympics and Israel next week.
