"As owner of this long-standing family tradition, a favorite in the community, I acknowledge that couple of weeks ago we closed for one day to fix a problem we encountered.

With the help of the Inspectors, the problem was fixed and we reopened the next day, and remain open for business as usual.

We have plans to renovate our spot in this old building. Numerous conflicts have caused delays. We will implement those improvements.

Until then, be assured the good food, healthy supplements, friendly atmosphere, and nutritional advice will continue to be provided.

Your support is greatly appreciated."
