Remnant of Dorian gets 20% chance of redeveloping

MIAMI – The National Hurricane Center in Miami Tuesday gave a remnant of Tropical Storm Dorian about a 20 percent chance of redeveloping into a tropical cyclone.

The disturbance was a few hundred miles east and northeast of the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was moving west-northwest at 10 to 15 mph.

Forecasters said the disturbance didn't have any closed, low-level circulation.
