MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Roach issues forced state inspectors to shut down two Miami-Dade County restaurants last week.
Inspectors showed up unannounced, and based on a complaint, to La Perla Del Sur on West Flagler last week, where 40 violations were found.

Chef Chen, in the Crossroads shopping center on North Kendall Drive, was also ordered shut.
Below is list of some of the violations. All the places listed were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
