Slater said Blake, who was a teacher in Indiana, had been chatting online with an undercover detective posing as the boy since October.

According to the police report, the chats went "from casual talk to talking about oral sex and how good he was."

The undercover detective said in the report that Blake told him "he wanted to meet and go to his house so we could get into bed with each other." The detective said Blake also asked for a picture of the boy's penis and "wanted me to film myself urinating."

Blake also sent a picture of his penis, the report said.

He faces charges of soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct, traveling to meet a minor to commit an unlawful sex act and transmission of harmful material to a minor.
