State records show Sakura was ordered shut by inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation on Feb. 5, then again Feb. 23 and a third time March 18.

Records show all three times, Sakura had rodent and roach issues. Several of the violations were "repeat violations."

According to the online ad, Sakura will go up for auction May 4.
