Coast Guard suspends search for Noah Cullen

Noah Cullen, 24, set sail on a dive trip from his mothers house in Key Largo.

MIAMI – The search for a man whose boat was found partially submerged Monday afternoon northeast of Molasses Reef has been called off, the U.S. Coast Guard said Thursday.

Noah Cullen, 24, of Islamorada, has been missing since his 28-foot sail boat, named Jubilee, was found adrift in the water.

Shortly after, the Coast Guard contacted the man's family and learned that he was reported overdue.

The Coast Guard searched for more than 90 hours.

"Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Mr. Cullen during this difficult time," said Sean Connett, Coast Guard 7th District Command Center command duty officer.

Local agencies, family and good Samaritans also took part in the search.
