Second arrest made after video shows minors at Pink Pony strip club

Yadier Pena-Gonzalez, 26, accused of smoking marijuana with teen girls at club

DORAL, Fla. – A second arrest has been made after cellphone video was turned over to police, showing two underage girls dancing provocatively and doing drugs at a Doral strip club.

Yadier Pena-Gonzalez, 26, was arrested Wednesday on charges of child neglect and delivering a controlled substance to a minor.

Prosecutors dropped the child neglect charge Thursday, because they said there was no probable cause. They said probable cause was found for the second charge because the video showed Gonzalez smoking what could be marijuana out of a bong with a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl at the Pink Pony strip club.

Gonzalez is being held in jail without bond, because he is on probation for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon conviction.

A Miami-Dade County judge said he will be jailed until at least his next court hearing, and issued a stay away order regarding one of the minors.

The 16-year-old's father, Jose Arguelles, 59, was arrested Tuesday on charges of child neglect, promoting sexual performance by a minor and allowing a minor to smoke marijuana and cocaine.

According to an arrest report, Arguelles, who told detectives that he was a club promoter, admitted to taking the girls to the strip club and said he knew it was wrong.

Police said Arguelles' daughter claimed that her father has been taking her and her 17-year-old friend to the strip club since she turned 16 in March. Police said she admitted doing drugs and drinking inside the club.

The 17-year-old's mother found video of the girls partying at the strip club and notified police.

"The videos are clear. It's not like, maybe, you think. They're clear," the mother, who didn't want to be identified, told Local 10 News. "He's in every single shot. He's the one who was giving them the drugs."

Arguelles is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $45,000 bond.

The club has been shut down while the case is investigated.
