Stanley Ragin is the second suspect to be arrested in connection with Wednesday's shooting near Miami Carol City Senior High School.

MIAMI – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting near Miami Carol City Senior High School.

Miami-Dade school police said Stanley Ragin, 19, was seen running away from the school with a gun shortly after Wednesday's shooting.

Police said Ragin, who is a known gang member, got into a shootout with a group of people outside the school.

According to an arrest report, Ragin said he was a victim in the shooting and grazed by a bullet.

Cedric Admas, 18, was previously arrested in connection with the shooting.

A third suspect, Raymond Hargrett, 18, is still at large.
