DAVIE, Fla. – A silver alert has been issued for a 64-year-old man who went missing Thursday morning.
Richard Paul Ekasala, 64, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at 7400 Stirling Road.

Police said Ekasala suffered a traumatic brain injury, has short-term memory loss, PTSD type 2 diabetes and is easily confused. Ekasala was deemed incapacitated by Broward County, authorities said.
Ekasala was last seen driving a silver 2009 Toyota Corolla bearing Florida license plate DV9766C. Police said he was possibly heading north.
Davie police said Ekasala is 6-foot 1-inches, weighs 207 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.
